Within the framework of the relationship for the provision of services within the scope of Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, approving the Regulation implementing it, as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter RGPD), of Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce (hereinafter LSSI-CE) SURCO PROPERTIES SL guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal data of any kind provided by our customers, in accordance with the provisions of the General Regulations on the Protection of Personal Data.
